Jen Racicot MA, LCPC, NCC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in Montana's educational and mental health landscapes. As a 5th-generation non-indigenous Montanan, her deep roots in the region inform her holistic approach.
With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from The University of Montana, Jen blends her clinical expertise with diverse life experiences—from teaching middle school art to coaching women's mountain biking both regionally and internationally.

Since 2021, Jen has led transformative wellness workshops through the University of Montana for Montana Tribal Health and Public Health employees addressing compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary trauma. Her psycho-educational programs cover essential topics including de-escalation, effective communication, and emotional intelligence.
Since 2022, Jen has been on a powerful team of women who are helping professionals that work with cancer survivors, focused on reclaiming identity beyond diagnosis and finding meaning through the healing journey at the Cliff Ranch on the Blackfoot River.
